What is a major new law affecting insurance?

I heard an advertisement on the radio addressing a new law affecting insurance. It was something of major importance, but unfortunately I caught the tail end and cannot recall what was said. I hope there’s someone who knows about this.
USA
I didn’t catch enough to know specifically what kind of insurance it was.
Okay, I heard the commercial again: Trespassers will be prosecuted rather than the land owners. That’s big stuff!

Insurance is regulated state by state. Just saying USA is going to do it. We need to know which state you live in.

For example, If you are in Florida….you may have heard about the fact that Florida’s auto insurance is about to dramatically change from a ‘no-fault’ state to a ‘traditional tort’ state, which means you are going to need to re-sign for insurance.

The Florida no-fault system sunsets this fall.

In Massachusetts, there’s going to be a dramatic change in health insurance….basically, they are going to require that you purchase coverage.

If your employer doesn’t provide it….you will be forced by law to buy it or risk being ticketed for not having it.

But there are many changes each year dealing with insurance law…so you have to be more specific.
